Serving people and families since 2005
We are a Christian nonprofit organization in Medellín, Colombia. We walk alongside men, women and families as they grow spiritually and in their family, social and economic life.
Our story
The Centro de Transformación Integral was founded on May 16, 2005 in Medellín by men and women committed to the transformation of the human being from a biblical perspective: spiritual, family, social and economic.
Since then we have walked alongside people and communities in Colombia and abroad through training, counseling, family support and community projects.
What moves us
-
Every human being was created in the image of God.
Genesis 1:26-27
-
We are called to make disciples.
Matthew 28:19-20
-
Seeking justice is part of following Jesus.
Isaiah 58:6-7 and Micah 6:8
Mission
We promote programs of spiritual formation, Christian discipleship, socioeconomic training and pastoral care to restore human dignity, strengthen the family and foster community self-reliance.
Vision
By 2035 we will be a nationally and internationally recognized organization, known for transforming lives from a biblical, Christ-centered perspective and for contributing to a society that is more just and reconciled with God and with one another.
Why we exist
To promote the fundamental principles of life and social justice, to stand for families in their real circumstances, to carry out research for the good of people, and to defend the dignity and rights of every person, especially those in vulnerable situations.
Who we serve
Men and women in Colombia and abroad. We connect them with spiritual, productive and social processes so they can improve their moral, social, economic, cultural, academic and working lives, support themselves and plan for their family's future.
